I just bought Farro for the first time tonight, upon a stellar recommendation by a customer at work, and when I came home to google how to prepare my morning porridge tomorrow this is what I found…SO excited! Excited enough that I’m going to share the recipe before I’ve even tried it! I love this awesome history of farro that’s included too, as well as the education on whole vs pearled. I’m grateful I remember reading “pearled” on the bulk bin! Good luck if you try it, my tummy’s already growling!
