How I Started 2013


I began 2013 with my regular morning mug of warm lemon water (the best, most alkalizing thing for your tummy!), a shot of apple cider vinegar (another alkalizing superhero), a Jarro Formula probiotic (excellent for the stomach, digestion and immune system), and a tall glass of spirulina water (I won’t lie, this one gave me a tummy ache; I hear chlorophyll is easier to digest mixed in water, though spirulina is excellent in a smoothie or even sprinkled into salad dressings).
