Chocolate Coconut Protein Pudding




  • 2T Coconut Flour
  • 1/4t Raw Organic Vanilla Bean Powder
  • 4T Reduced Fat Shredded Coconut 
  • 1T Mesquite Powder
  • 3/4 Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Milk 
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon 
  • Sprinkle of Stevia 
  • 2T PB2 
  • 1/2 Scoop (or about 1T) Raw Vegan Protein Powder
  • 1T Unsweetened Cocoa Powder”or Cacao


Let sit in fridge, covered, for 30 minutes. Absolutely delish! TOTALLY healthy, nearly sugar free (apart from the smidgen of sugar in PB2), totally vegan, fiber rich, protein loaded and superfood laden. Guilt free dessert that your body and tastebuds will thank you for!
